• Stay Connected Moments – Fun activities that will enhance communication and deepen intimacy.
• Tell Me More Questionnaire – A questionnaire created to ask the tough questions. This questionnaire will promote personal reflection, vulnerability and discussion between the couple.
• CUSTOMIZED Relationship Enhancement Assignments (REA) – These assignments are to be completed outside of the session. Specifically designed to encourage vulnerability through communication and reinforce the lessons learned.
• Session Summaries – After each session the couple will receive an email with a recapitulation of R.E.A.’s and documents needed for the following session.
• Email Support– Alice will be available to answer any questions and provide clarity on topics via email.
